Accommodation and travel
A limited number of bedrooms have been reserved for IPBC delegates for the nights of June 17 to 20 2017 at the Westin Ottawa Hotel (www.thewestinottawa.com), located next to the Shaw Centre (IPBC venue).
To avail of the special rates, your booking must be made through Judy Lane ICS and not direct with the hotel. Hotel bookings at the IPBC rate can be validated only when the registration is received and accepted. You will then be sent a link to the IPBC hotel booking page.
Rates per room, per night (including Wi-Fi, excluding provincial taxes and fees)
Complimentary breakfast will be available for delegates in the exhibition area of the Shaw Centre on June 19 and 20, courtesy of IPBC.
Cancellation/amendment terms and conditions
All cancellations/amendments should be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our policy is to respond by email confirming receipt of your cancellation/amendment; if this is not received, please telephone +44 1202 699 488. We will make every effort to re-sell the room nights cancelled to another IPBC delegate, but if this is not possible the following penalty will apply:
From May 18 2017 the room rate plus tax for the room nights cancelled (partial or full cancellation) will be charged to the credit card number provided as the guarantee. This penalty will also apply to ‘no-shows’. If your reservation is made either on or after May 18 2017, the cancellation terms will be in force as soon as we confirm your reservation.

The Shaw Centre is conveniently located in downtown Ottawa and just a 20-minute shuttle ride from Ottawa International Airport, which receives direct daily flights from over 30 North American and international destinations, including:
Toronto – one hour
Montreal – 30 minutes
New York – 90 minutes
Washington – 90 minutes
Chicago – two hours
London – six hours
Frankfurt – seven hours
